What are your thoughts on Bitcoin?
Bitcoin has been trading inside a well-defined consolidation range for several weeks, with neither buyers nor sellers able to establish clear control. Price continues to hold above the highlighted support zone, while every recovery attempt has been capped by overhead resistance, keeping the broader bearish structure intact.
At this stage, there are two primary scenarios to monitor:
Scenario 1 – Corrective Rally then Rejection (Preferred)
As long as the current support remains intact, Bitcoin could extend its corrective recovery toward the highlighted resistance zone around 67.5k–70.5k. This area represents a strong confluence of resistance factors, including the long-term descending trendline, the previous supply zone, and key Fibonacci retracement levels. If sellers defend this region, a bearish rejection could trigger another impulsive decline, opening the door for a move toward lower support levels, with the 0.707 Fibonacci level around 53.9k acting as a major downside target.
Scenario 2 – Immediate Breakdown
The second scenario is a direct breakdown below the current support zone. Such a move would invalidate the short-term bullish correction and confirm renewed selling pressure, likely accelerating the decline toward the same lower objectives without requiring a rally into resistance first.
For now, Bitcoin remains range-bound, and patience is key. Rather than anticipating direction, traders should wait for price to either reach the high-confluence resistance zone or break below support, as these are the areas most likely to determine the next significant trend.
