Observe the 2D chart above. Couple points to consider:
1) Bollinger band squeeze (the blue circles ) indicating a big move about to happen.
2) RSI hovering around the oversold area for almost a month
3) Price 90% down from ATH

3D BTC pair and 5D USDT pair above (both extremely powerful timeframes). Coin is majorly oversold, however as history shows us it can get even worse (more price drop).
One thing is for sure, I am DCAing this. If you want to lev this I suggest no more than 2x.
