The situation with the DJI is now crazy! Some say the more times price approaches resistance the greater the chance of a breakout. Some say the opposite.
I've seen price fail to breakout after 9 hits on a support/resistance level (with other instruments). The DJI is now anybody's guess.

The master requires talk that the "economy is doing fanastically well" - but Powell must know that it isn't - it's just that he can't say that outright.
