DOCU has been in a prolonged correction since December 2024, but recently found support at a long-term support zone near $40 — where a Break of Structure (BOS) has since confirmed, signaling a potential shift in momentum and the early stages of a larger bullish move.
Price is currently pushing higher, and the immediate target is $59 — a significant level where the daily EMA 200 and a key resistance confluence. This will be the first real test of the reversal.
Beyond $59, price faces the long-term descending trendline, which has been in place since 2024. A confirmed breakout and retest of that trendline would be the structural green light for a more sustained bull run.
Trading SL: $47 — a close below invalidates the near-term structure and opens the door back to $40, which would present another low-risk re-entry opportunity at long-term support.
