ETH has been victim to the sell-off that's occurred in the cryptocurrency markets in recent weeks. The price has finally broken below the key $4000 number which is a worry. However, in the short-term a bounce back to the $4000 level is likely considering the recent price action of ETH. The RSI levels for ETH on the 4hr chart remain oversold which shows that a change in momentum is possible, at least in the short term. The price has also found temporary support between $3750-3800, if this holds then a retest of the $4000 area is plausible. The stop loss area for this trade will be at $3680 which is 4% of the trade size.
