Hello traders! Here’s my technical outlook based on the current EURUSD (2H) chart structure. The pair previously traded above an ascending demand line, forming higher lows. After reaching a pivot point near the descending supply line, price reversed and entered a corrective phase.
Currently, price is trading below the 1.1730 supply zone, which acts as resistance, while holding above the 1.1650 demand zone supported by the ascending trendline. A recent fake breakout near resistance highlights strong selling pressure and rejection from the supply line.
As long as EURUSD remains below the 1.1730 resistance and respects the descending supply line, the bearish bias remains valid. A rejection from this area could push price toward the 1.1650 support (TP1). Manage your risk!
