Couple things:
1. First time this stock has attempted a cloud break in a while.
2. All technicals are setup for a breakout off of the All time bottom.
3. PARSAR on 3 and 6 the month charts first time since Jan when it had its last major run.
4. Broke above a key resistance point at .0020
5. RSI still very low on the 3 and 6 month charts
