A buy signal is in wait to obtain it's momentum when it's given the chance , by time frame analysis a 4hr ,3 , 2 , 1 chart gives hope and prophecy that the bulls will gain authority over the market. The bears have the chance to make small advances but in the long run I will advice not to play or make a mockery of prophecy with regards to the 4hr timeframe favoring the bulls .
