Technical Breakdown..
The market is at a pivotal moment. After hitting all-time highs, we are witnessing a strategic pullback designed to hunt the liquidity of early buyers (Sell-Side Liquidity).
1. The Trap (Fake Out): Price showed a false breakout to the upside to lure buyers before executing the Sweep toward our POI at 4,950.
2. Confirmation: We don't trade blindly. We are waiting for the liquidity sweep at the support and a 5M confirmation (CHOCH + BOS) to validate that institutions have shifted the order flow to bullish.
3. Risk Management (RR 1:3): Our entry at 4,950 targets the first TP at 4,985, where we will move our SL to BE (Breakeven). As price prints new HH (Higher Highs), we will trail our stop toward TP3 at 5,052.
4. Fed News Impact: With the Fed news looming, volatility will be extreme. Monetary policy data could be the catalyst that sends Gold toward 5,080 or deepens the correction. Discipline is non-negotiable!
