NAS100 - Daily : The Compression Before Expansion
The market has already delivered the Change of Character.
Now price is testing whether momentum can survive inside premium territory.
The current structure shows weakness developing beneath resistance while maintaining bullish order flow above the major higher timeframe support. That creates three possible paths.
Scenario 1: Price holds the current range, absorbs liquidity beneath the weak high, and continues directly into the upper macro target zone between 31,000 and 32,000. Fast continuation. Strong momentum. Minimal retracement.
Scenario 2a: A controlled pullback into internal support before expansion resumes. A deeper reset designed to rebuild positioning while keeping the broader bullish structure intact.
Scenario 2b: The aggressive correction scenario. Price loses key support, rotates sharply lower, and seeks liquidity near the major macro support around 24,500 before the market attempts a larger reconstruction phase.
