But First, we need to Understand INDIA VIX & Its Unusual Behaviour.
-- VIX Has Broken Out Above 2 Year Resistance of 23 Levels & Sustaining around it For More than 3 weeks. This is Very Serious. Broken Out & gave Strong weekly Close above 26 -- more serious.
What does this Mean..?
-- The Type of Bottom that we will see in Next few weeks will be VIOLENT One.
Meaning -- Sharp Selling Swings and Sharp Buying swings for Multiple days and then Premiums will adjust and Eventually Rally will come.
Our View is:
NIFTY Might Break 22000 & 21743 levels to Create a Violent Bottom around 21000-21300 (in case Extremity increases, 19500-20500 zone -- don't Underestimate power of Panic)
The Trading Opportunities From this zone will be Extreme, Chances of Multiple 1000+ Points Days increases from here both on Downside & Upside.
Keeping in mind -- The Exact Bottom Identification is not possible. So, Starting to Add slowly in ETFs from Current levels of 22500-23000 is a Smart move. Eventually, The ATHs will come in All Indices -- when is Question that Nobody knows answer to.
But Within 3-6 Months, The Entire war Scenario will Cool off and Before that NIFTY WILL BE AT ATH.
From Traders Perspective, Next 6 Months will be Best for Both sides as the Volatility like this we may not see for long time.
