Why NKE, Why Now?
Correction from the video: I said the dividend has a 15% ARR, it is only 4%, sorry for the confusion!
NKE
NKE is a very beaten down stock, one that I've been watching from the $80s but have never been able to convince myself to get into but after doing some deep diving into the business / the technicals, I think they are ripe for a rebound if not something more transformational.
Currently: We're in a descending channel with common supports after 30-40% drops and common rebounds back up of 30-50%. We are also clearly at a former level of super duper long term support at $40. Market cap is now 2x sales, P/e is 27, and the dividend is getting better and better here at 4%+ ARR just for holding the stock! I think this will attract dividend investors and ultimately be part of the catalyst for the rebound.
This is going to be a set it and forget it long hold, wake me up when we hit $60.

We have begun filling the gap, likely we run to at least the top of the gap which would put us above $50. The run has been pretty solid so far, momentum and big money flow starting to pick up steam here!
