By examining the 2H chart NZDUSD we can see that just like the other pairs, it has opened with a rather massive gap this week. It opened at 0.5866 and dropped further after the open and reached as low as 0.5848, but it recovered and reached 0.5897, just 3 pips below the NWOG High at 0.5900 and then dropped again, now being traded at 0.5879.
Now, if NZDUSD manages to stabilize above the March 9th NWOG C.E. at 0.5883 level, it can go to retest the NWOG high and eventually go to the Supply zone. The targets: 0.5890, 0.5900, 0.5910, 0.5920, 0.5930 and 0.5940.
However if it fails to go above the NWOG C.E., it is expected to drop below the 0.5848 level to sweep the liquidity and then the targets will be: 0.5870, 0.5860, 0.5850 and 0.5940.
Now, if NZDUSD manages to stabilize above the March 9th NWOG C.E. at 0.5883 level, it can go to retest the NWOG high and eventually go to the Supply zone. The targets: 0.5890, 0.5900, 0.5910, 0.5920, 0.5930 and 0.5940.
However if it fails to go above the NWOG C.E., it is expected to drop below the 0.5848 level to sweep the liquidity and then the targets will be: 0.5870, 0.5860, 0.5850 and 0.5940.
