After the latest premarket auto GEX Profile update on SPX, we can see that price is touching the 6720–6750 range for the third time since December 2025.
The 6800 level has also been strongly rejected intraday three times so far.
It’s worth closely monitoring today’s reaction — the area we’re currently trading in is an important level.
Risk note: Never think in exact 1-point/pixel precision when watching for reactions in a negative zone — especially in a negative gamma regime.
Price is currently inside a potential negative squeeze zone, with extremely elevated put pricing skew. It’s advisable to mark at least 10–15 point ranges on your chart and react to the momentum and price action developing within those zones, rather than focusing on a single strike.
The 200% put pricing skew is near historically extreme levels.
