Following on from our last USDCAD post where we were anticipating an ABC correction for wave 4, price has continued to develop exactly within that corrective structure.
Wave 4 now appears to be nearing completion inside the ending diagonal.
The move into the sell zone aligns with the expected corrective behaviour before the final leg unfolds.
At this stage:
- Wave 4 looks close to completion
- Diagonal structure remains intact
- A final wave 5 lower is anticipated if resistance holds
Plan
- Monitor rejection within the sell zone
- Wait for lower-timeframe confirmation
- Position for the potential final push lower to complete the diagonal
Patience here. Let the wave complete.
