welcome to my new analysis about XAGUSD from the 4-hour timeframe perspective. In recent times the bullishness for XAGUSD increased massively. In this current market dynamic I have spotted interesting and important signs that will determine the upcoming price action profoundly. The indications I detected can transform into major price action development.
When looking at my chart, we can watch there how XAGUSD already bounced past the 300-EMA marked in green. This is an important sign, as it is signaling a major trend break of the previous bearish price action. The settlement above this pivotal EMA signals a bullish continuation signal as XAGUSD already closed above this EMA.
The most important formation in this whole structure is the inverse head-and-shoulders formation. XAGUSD is now about to complete the right shoulder, which will complete the whole formation and activate the target zones. As it is seen in my chart, the settlement above the ascending trend channel's upper boundary and the neckline are going to confirm this whole formation.
XAGUSD will activate the upper target zones as shown in my chart. The first target zone is within the 83.8 level. The second target zone is within the 88 level. Once these levels have been reached, further assumptions about the further evolution of the price need to be made. It could also be possible that the trend changes and bearish signals are generated.
