ATR Supply/Demand Zones
Supply/Demand Zones V2 automatically identifies high-probability supply and demand zones using the classic Rally-Base-Drop and Drop-Base-Rally pattern — the same logic professional traders use to find institutional order areas.
How it works:
Instead of simply marking pivot highs and lows, this indicator looks for a strong impulse candle preceded by a small consolidation base. That base is where the zone is drawn — because that's where price left in a hurry, indicating unfilled orders waiting to be revisited.
Features:
✅ RBD/DBR zone detection (body-based, not just wicks)
✅ ATR-based impulse filter — only strong moves qualify
✅ Zones automatically removed when price closes through them
✅ Zones fade when first touched so you can see fresh vs. tested areas
✅ Fully customizable colors, lookback, impulse strength, and zone extension
✅ Built-in alerts for when price enters a zone
Settings to tune:
Impulse Strength (ATR x) — raise for only the strongest moves, lower for more zones
Base Candle Lookback — how many consolidation candles to include in the zone
Max Base Body Ratio — keeps weak, noisy candles from forming zones
Best used on higher timeframes (1H and above) for the cleanest zones.
