Period Marker
█ OVERVIEW
Period Marker divides a trading session into equal time intervals and draws vertical lines at each boundary. It also projects interval lines into the future, so upcoming divisions are visible before bars arrive. Useful for traders who structure their analysis around fixed time blocks within a session.
█ FEATURES
• Define a session with start time, end time, and timezone
• Subdivide the session into 30-minute or 60-minute intervals
• Vertical lines drawn at each interval boundary within the session
• Optional session boundary lines at the start and end of the session
• Future line projection draws upcoming interval lines ahead of price, updated in real time
█ HOW TO USE
1 — Enable the marker and set your timezone
2 — Define the session window with Start and End times
3 — Choose the interval: 30 or 60 minutes
4 — Toggle "Show Boundary" to include or exclude lines at the session open and close
5 — Customize color, line style, and width to your preference
█ NOTES
Future projection lines are drawn from the last bar forward and update automatically. Only one time range marker is available in this version.
