LONG Signal
A LONG signal appears only when:
EMA 20 is above EMA 50.
EMA 50 is above EMA 100.
Price pulls back from above and reaches or crosses EMA 20.
Price does not close below EMA 100.
A valid bullish Williams Fractal is confirmed after the pullback.
Only the first valid LONG signal is displayed for each pullback.
SHORT Signal
A SHORT signal appears only when:
EMA 20 is below EMA 50.
EMA 50 is below EMA 100.
Price rebounds from below and reaches or crosses EMA 20.
Price does not close above EMA 100.
A valid bearish Williams Fractal is confirmed after the rebound.
Only the first valid SHORT signal is displayed for each rebound.
Important Signal Timing
Williams Fractals require candles on both sides of the pivot before they can be confirmed. With the Fractal Period set to 2, the indicator must wait for two additional candles.
Therefore, LONG and SHORT signals appear on the actual confirmation candle instead of being placed backward on a historical candle. This prevents backdated or misleading real-time signals.
