Bitcoin (BTCUSD, 1D) is attempting a trend shift after the October–November 2025 selloff (from above 120,000 into the ~84,000s). Price has since carved a Double Bottom around 84,200, reclaimed the neckline near 93,000, and is now holding above the short- and mid-term averages (MA20 ~90,498, MA60 ~89,763). Momentum signals support the recovery, but the bigger test is still overhead: MA120 at 100,451.61 remains the key “bear/bull line” for the higher-timeframe trend.
The clean continuation trigger is a daily close > 96,000. If BTC can break and hold above that, the path opens toward 97,000–99,000, then a full challenge of 100,451.61, with extension potential into 102,000 and even 104,000 if buyers keep control.
The alternative is a failed breakout: a daily close < 92,500 would put the neckline back at risk and shifts focus to 89,000, then 86,500, with 84,200 as the major demand floor. This is a study, not financial advice. Manage risk and invalidations.
