As mentioned in the previous analysis, price successfully swept the liquidity resting below the purple level around 4482, creating a clean 4H liquidity sweep before showing a strong rejection and reaction from the lows.
After taking sell-side liquidity, gold managed to rebound aggressively, which supports the bullish scenario as long as price continues holding above the swept lows.
Currently on the 15M timeframe, price is approaching an important reaction area where we have both:
- The marked Fair Value Gap (FVG)
- The nearby Order Block
This zone could provide the final retracement/liquidity grab before continuation higher. If buyers defend the imbalance area and we see confirmation on lower timeframes, continuation toward the upside becomes more likely.
