Area of Interest: 5,127 – 5,135 (Order Block + EQH)
Price action has delivered a Change of Character (CHoCH) after failing to sustain higher highs, leaving a Weak Low as a primary liquidity magnet. We are currently observing a corrective pullback toward a 5M Order Block that aligns with Equal Highs (EQH).
With the VIX trading at elevated levels (27+), market stress supports a move toward liquidity hunt. We are looking for an entry following a liquidity sweep above 5,127, supported by buyer exhaustion shown in the RSI divergence. Our final target is the Sell-Side Liquidity resting at 5,055.
