HD on the weekly is no longer sitting in clean continuation territory. The chart completed an A to B expansion, but price is now trading back below the marked BC reaction area after failing to hold the higher push. That shifts the read from upside delivery to possible repricing lower.The structure matters here. B formed after a push into prior highs, which suggests external liquidity above was already cleared. Once that upside objective is taken, the cleaner question becomes whether price can hold premium pricing or rotate back toward internal imbalance below.
Right now, the chart is trading under the BC box and around the broken rising structure, which keeps the bearish case in focus. As long as price keeps rejecting this area instead of reclaiming it, the next logical draw remains lower toward the larger C target / demand zone shown on the chart.
This idea weakens if HD reclaims the BC area and starts accepting back above it. Until that happens, the chart favors downside repricing over immediate continuation higher.
