So Here on Looks like a potential breakout, approaching the 200 moving average on the Daily time frame. Volume picking up, and 20-40-55-81 moving averages supporting.
I would do something like this.

Entry Zone: 0.0004025-0.0004100
Take-Profit Targets:
1) 0.0004400
2) 0.0004600
3) 0.0005000
4) 0.0005500
Stop Targets:
1) 0.0003400 - 100.0%
