Looking to the left, we can see a "big" bearish wave, a huge correction; what we call a bear-market.
On the right side, present time, we have a bearish wave but not as big as the previous one.
A bear-market leads to a prolonged accumulation phase before the next bullish wave.
A strong correction but not a bear-market, present day, is also likely to lead to an accumulation phase before the next bullish phase. The next bullish phase will be a full-blown bull-market —2025. Think of the action you see on the left side of the chart but inverted (green), printed on the right side of the chart.
