Since the end of January, USDCAD has been trading in a well-defined range:
1.3500 → strong support, consistently defended by buyers
1.3750 → clear resistance, held by sellers
At the moment, price is pressing toward the upper boundary.
🔍 What stands out
There are notable similarities with the June–July 2025 structure:
- The previous range lasted ~6 weeks → same as now
- Three touches before breakout → same as now
- Break occurred from a confluence resistance → similar positioning now
❓ So, can we expect the same outcome?
It’s a valid scenario, but it still needs confirmation.
📈 If I’m right
We get a clean breakout above resistance, and continuation follows.
➡️ Target: 1.4000 zone
📉 If I’m not
The range remains intact, and price rejects again from resistance.
➡️ Invalidation: a break below last week’s low
