Hello There,
welcome to my new analysis about XAUUSD on the daily timeframe perspective. In recent times I have spotted interesting signs that are likely to lead to a massive price transformation for XAUUSD in the upcoming times. Especially when the formation, which I have detected, finally completes, this will lead to a massive breakout and activation of upper target zones.
As when looking at my chart now, we can see there how XAUUSD is forming this gigantic descending wedge formation. It also has this ascending trendline in which it bounced several times. XAUUSD already moved on to complete the wave count within the descending wedge formation, technically completing the wedge formation. Now, it is primed for a final breakout.
Once the final bullish breakout of the wedge formation happened as shown in my chart, this will offer a strong setup from where XAUUSD has further potential. It will also activate the bullish target zone as marked in my chart. Further bullish volume is going to support this breakout and activation of the target zones. It will be fascinating to follow this setup further.
