Tweaked some defaults:
  • Changed 5min to 1D timeframe and show 20,50,100 SMAs.
  • VWAPs enabled by default.
  • Tweaked colors a bit
  • Added 500Chart == 1005min
  • Added 800@15min == 200@1H

Add option to wait/not wait for timeframe to close to plot SMAs. Most needed for those dailies lines.

VWAP plot line tries to not join After-hours end to Pre-market start to help see first pre-market candle clearly.
