BeSight Multi Candle With PA

BeSight Multi Candle With PA
BeSight Multi Candle With PA displays recent candles from up to three selected timeframes alongside the main chart, with rule-based Price Action annotations.
Its purpose is to compare candle structure across timeframes while keeping each pattern attached to the candle that produced it. The default configuration displays 10 candles each from the 5-minute, 15-minute, and 30-minute timeframes.
How the display works
Each group retrieves OHLC data and candle history from its selected timeframe. Candles are arranged from oldest on the left to newest on the right.
The groups appear to the right of the latest chart bar and share the chart's actual price scale. Their horizontal positions are display offsets: they do not correspond to the timestamps beneath them and do not represent future price projections.
Each group includes:
The overlay has a transparent background. Users can enable or disable individual groups and display between 3 and 30 candles per group.
Price Action rules
ENG+ / ENG- — Engulfing
A bullish or bearish real body fully contains the preceding opposite-direction real body and is strictly larger. This compares candle bodies, not the complete high-low ranges.
PIN+ / PIN- — Pin Bar
A candle with a long lower or upper wick. By default:
The wick-to-body threshold is adjustable.
IB — Inside Bar
The high is strictly below the previous high and the low is strictly above the previous low.
OB — Outside Bar
The high is strictly above the previous high and the low is strictly below the previous low.
DOJI
The body is no more than 10% of a nonzero high-low range by default. This threshold is adjustable.
Only one enabled pattern is displayed per candle. The priority is:
Engulfing → Pin Bar → Inside Bar → Outside Bar → Doji.
The + and - symbols describe the pattern's directional characteristics. They are not entry recommendations. The script does not require a preceding trend or test support, resistance, or market structure.
How to use
The selected timeframes may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the main chart timeframe. Hover over a PA label to inspect its OHLC values and opening time in the symbol's exchange timezone.
Design purpose
This implementation combines independent timeframe candle histories, a shared price scale, and explicit pattern definitions in one comparison view.
The candle patterns are established concepts. The focus is their presentation and inspection across selected timeframes, rather than a new predictive model.
Realtime behavior and limitations
Intended use
This indicator is a visual analysis tool. It does not place trades, provide automated alerts, or calculate strategy performance.
No trading accuracy, profitability, or future outcome is claimed.

Each group includes:
- Its timeframe and available candle count.
- Live or closed status and an optional countdown.
- The latest available price beside the newest candle.
- Optional high and low values for the displayed group.
- A configurable accent color and optional highlighting of the latest candle.
The overlay has a transparent background. Users can enable or disable individual groups and display between 3 and 30 candles per group.

PIN+ / PIN- — Pin Bar
A candle with a long lower or upper wick. By default:
- The long wick must be at least twice the body size.
- The opposite wick cannot exceed the body.
- The body cannot exceed 35% of the candle's range.
- The close must be in the upper 35% for PIN+ or the lower 35% for PIN-.
- The body must be at least one minimum tick.
The wick-to-body threshold is adjustable.

How to use
- Add the indicator to a standard time-based chart.
- Select the timeframes and number of candles in Settings.
- Leave space to the right of the main chart for the candle groups.
- Adjust candle spacing, group gaps, and price-label spacing to suit the chart.
- Enable the PA categories you want to inspect.

Realtime behavior and limitations
- PA labels are restricted to closed candles by default.
- Enabling “Include unclosed candle” allows provisional annotations marked with an asterisk (*). These can change or disappear before the candle closes.
- The current candle and its displayed price change as new data arrives. This is not a claim of universally non-repainting behavior.
- Data requests use lookahead_off. Historical higher-timeframe candles become available when their values are confirmed.
- Lower-timeframe groups use the latest available snapshot containing their native candle history.
- Historical and realtime behavior can differ, and data-provider revisions may change values after reloading.
- The countdown updates when the script receives a chart update; it is not an independent second-by-second clock.
- Available history and data-feed coverage can limit the displayed candles.
- Bar Replay does not reconstruct every historical tick.
- Non-standard charts such as Heikin Ashi, Renko, and Range are not supported.
