Futures Value Confluence - CFD Charts

509
A value map for CFD charts that puts static and dynamic value side by side,
both built from real futures volume: yesterday's volume profile levels (POC,
VAH, VAL) and today's VWAP with standard-deviation bands. It marks where the
two agree, measures how much room price has to the next value reference, and
tells you whether today's value is moving away from yesterday's.

What makes it original: volume profile and VWAP are usually separate tools,
computed from different volume and different sessions, and on a CFD both
fall back to broker tick volume. Here both come from the same futures
contract and the same session, so they are directly comparable: the profile
of the last completed session is the static value, the running session's
VWAP is the dynamic value. The script compares them on every bar instead of
leaving the comparison to the eye. CFD tick volume is never used.

How it works:
- Session: auto-selected from the detected future (FDAX 09:00-17:30 Berlin,
FTSE 08:00-16:30 London, NQ/ES/YM 09:30-16:00 New York), or a custom session
and timezone. When a session ends, its profile becomes the static value for
everything that follows until the next session ends.
- The futures contract is auto-detected from the chart symbol (DAX/GER40 ->
FDAX, NAS100 -> NQ, US30 -> YM, UK100 -> Z, US500 -> ES), or set manually.
On a native futures chart, switch the source to the chart's own volume.
- Futures volume is placed per intrabar (1-minute bars up to 15m charts,
5-minute up to 1h, 15-minute above), matched by timestamp to the chart
symbol's intrabar high/low. The same entries build the profile (rows across
the session range, value area expanded from the POC) and the VWAP with its
bands (volume-weighted mean and standard deviation of the intrabar mid).
- Confluence: where the VWAP sits within a tolerance of the static POC, VAH
or VAL, a zone is drawn and named (for example "VAH ≈ VWAP"). The tolerance
is a share of the daily ATR from completed days (default 2.5%). The bands
can be included, but then some pair is close most of the time, which is why
they are off by default.
- Room: the distance from price to the nearest value reference above and
below (static levels, VWAP and bands), in points and as a share of the
daily ATR.
- Value relation: today's VWAP above yesterday's value area (value migrating
up), below it (migrating down), or inside it (overlapping value), plus
price's distance from the VWAP in standard deviations.
- An alert fires when price enters a confluence zone.
- The table names the futures contract and session; before the first
session has completed, it says that the static value is still missing.

How to use it: read the table as a description of where value sits right
now. Overlapping value describes a balanced market around yesterday's prices,
migrating value describes a market building acceptance elsewhere. The room
figures tell you how far price is from the next place where volume was
concentrated, which helps to size expectations and to judge whether a target
or a stop sits in open space or right at a value reference. A confluence zone
marks the rare moments when the running and the finished auction agree on a
price. None of this is a signal: the script describes the auction, it does
not predict whether price will stop, turn or continue at any of these levels.
In the first hour of a session the VWAP sits close to price and the bands
are narrow, so the dynamic side is still forming.
