How to Interpret and Trade the StrategyThis indicator combines Williams %R (momentum momentum) with Institutional Volume Bias (simulating Commercial Trader footprint) to spot trend reversals.Commercial Sell Signal (Red Triangle):Trigger: Occurs when the blue line crosses below the -20 level from the overbought zone while heavy distribution volume is detected.Market Meaning: This aligns with the COT report data you analyzed earlier. It means the asset is overbought, and "Smart Money" (Commercial Hedgers) is heavily shorting/selling at the top. You should look for Short/Sell opportunities.Commercial Buy Signal (Green Triangle):Trigger: Occurs when the blue line crosses back above the -80 level from the oversold zone while heavy accumulation volume is detected.Market Meaning: It indicates that prices have dropped to an extreme discount level, and Commercials are aggressively buying the physical asset. You should look for Long/Buy opportunities.The Center Line (-50):This acts as the baseline momentum indicator. If the blue line is above -50, the bulls are in control; if it is below -50, the bears hold short-term control.
