Candle Range Trading (CRT) Indicator
The Candle Range Trading (CRT) Indicator detects potential bullish and bearish trading setups by analyzing the relationship between two consecutive candles. When a valid CRT pattern forms, the indicator automatically marks it on the chart with clear visual signals.
Very special is, first that you can fix the Timeframe. For Example you choose 4h and it will mark for this TF. Then you can go on maybe 14 min TF and it will show you only the 4h Marks not redraw in 15 min TF.
Second und kann choose a lookback from 1 to 50 Candles so you can reduce Market noise. So the Indicator looks for High and Lows from x Candles backwards,
How the Pattern Works
The indicator evaluates two candles and identifies whether they form a bullish or bearish CRT pattern.
Bearish CRT Pattern
The first candle is bullish.
The second candle is bearish.
The high of the second candle exceeds the high of the first candle.
The close of the second candle remains within the range of the first candle.
Bullish CRT Pattern
The first candle is bearish.
The second candle is bullish.
The low of the second candle falls below the low of the first candle.
The close of the second candle remains within the range of the first candle.
Visual Signals
To make pattern recognition simple:
Red mark above the candles → Bearish CRT signal
Green mark below the candles → Bullish CRT signal
You can change the Mark in the Settings.
How to Use
Watch for green mark as potential bullish signals.
Watch for red mark as potential bearish signals.
Combine CRT signals with market structure, support/resistance, or other indicators for better confirmation.
