Koda Support & Resistance — How to Use (Pro Version)

🎯 What this version does
This is not a basic S/R indicator.

It shows:
• 🔵 Support & 🔴 Resistance levels
• 💪 Strength progression (Strong → Weak → Decayed → Removed)
• 💧 Liquidity sweeps (institutional stop hunts)
• 🧠 Real market behavior (not static lines)
________________________________________
🧩 1. Understanding Level States (VERY IMPORTANT)
Each level evolves over time.
________________________________________
🔵🔴 1. STRONG (Solid Line)
• Fresh level
• Price has not broken it
• Highest probability reaction
👉 This is where you want to trade
________________________________________
⚠️ 2. WEAK (Dotted Line)
• Price has closed through it multiple times
• Level is losing strength
👉 Still tradable, but lower confidence
________________________________________
🪫 3. DECAYED (Dashed + Faded)
• Level has been broken multiple times
• Market no longer respects it
👉 Avoid trading this level
________________________________________
❌ 4. REMOVED (Optional)
• Level disappears if:
o Remove After Decay = ON
👉 Clean chart, only relevant levels remain
________________________________________
⚡ 2. How Weakening Works (Realistic Upgrade)
This version uses TOTAL breaks, not consecutive.
Example:
• Price breaks support → counts as 1
• Later breaks it again → counts as 2
👉 More realistic than consecutive logic
________________________________________
💧 3. Liquidity Sweep Signals
This is your institutional edge
________________________________________
🟢 Sweep Long (at Support)
Occurs when:
• Price wicks below support
• Then closes back above
👉 Meaning:
• Stops below support got taken
• Market likely to reverse up
________________________________________
🔴 Sweep Short (at Resistance)
Occurs when:
• Price wicks above resistance
• Then closes back below
👉 Meaning:
• Stops above resistance got taken
• Market likely to reverse down
________________________________________
⚠️ Important
Sweeps ONLY trigger on:
• Strong levels
• NOT weak or decayed levels
👉 This removes noise
________________________________________
🔥 4. How to Trade It
🟢 Long Setup (Best Setup)
1. Price reaches STRONG support (solid blue)
2. You see:
o wick below level
o Sweep Long appears
3. Enter long
👉 Target:
• next resistance
________________________________________
🔴 Short Setup (Best Setup)
1. Price reaches STRONG resistance (solid red)
2. You see:
o wick above level
o Sweep Short
3. Enter short
👉 Target:
• next support
________________________________________
🚫 5. What to Avoid
❌ Don’t trade decayed levels
They are dead zones
________________________________________
❌ Don’t trust dotted levels fully
They’ve already been weakened
________________________________________
❌ Don’t trade touches
👉 Only trade:
• sweeps
• reactions
• confirmations
________________________________________
🎯 6. Breakout Trading (Advanced)
🔥 When levels weaken
If:
• level turns dotted
• then price breaks again
👉 That level is likely to fail
________________________________________
Example:
1. Resistance becomes weak (dotted)
2. Price breaks above again
3. Retest
4. Enter long
________________________________________
⚙️ 7. Best Settings
For most markets:
• Closes to weaken = 2
• Closes to decay = 4
• Min sweep ticks = 5–10
________________________________________
For volatile markets:
• Increase sweep ticks (10–20)
________________________________________
🧠 8. What This Indicator Really Gives You
This is a full market structure + liquidity model:
• 📍 Where price reacts
• 💪 How strong the level is
• 🔄 When the level is failing
• 💧 Where liquidity is taken
________________________________________
🚀 9. Best Strategy (Pro Setup)
Combine with your tools:
🔹 Koda BOS → structure
🔹 Koda Price Display → timing
🔹 Koda S/R → levels
________________________________________
🔥 Example Workflow
1. Price hits strong support
2. Liquidity sweep occurs
3. BOS UP prints
4. Enter
5. Target = resistance
________________________________________
🧠 Final Summary
This indicator teaches you to think like smart money:
• Strong levels = reaction zones
• Weak levels = breaking zones
• Sweeps = manipulation
• Decay = market moving on
________________________________________
🔑 Core idea:
👉 Trade from strong levels
👉 Trade through weak levels
👉 Enter after liquidity is taken

Notas de prensa
Koda Support & Resistance (Pro)

Koda Support & Resistance (Pro) is a dynamic support and resistance system designed to reflect how real markets behave — not how static indicators draw lines.

Instead of plotting fixed levels, this script tracks the full lifecycle of support and resistance as price interacts with them over time.

Koda Support & Resistance (Pro) is a dynamic S/R indicator that tracks how levels evolve, weaken, and lose relevance over time while identifying liquidity sweeps where price takes stops before reversing. By using realistic close-based weakening logic and distinguishing between strong, weak, and decayed levels, it helps traders focus on high-probability reaction zones, recognize breakout conditions, and avoid outdated structure, turning static levels into a real-time view of market behavior.

What Makes This Different

Most S/R indicators:
• draw static lines
• treat all levels equally
• ignore how price weakens or breaks structure

Koda Support & Resistance (Pro) is different because it:

• Tracks level strength over time, not just price location
• Uses total close-through logic (not consecutive), making weakening more realistic
• Identifies liquidity sweeps (stop hunts), not just touches
• Distinguishes between:
o reaction zones (strong levels)
o breakout zones (weak levels)
• Removes outdated levels to keep charts clean and actionable

You are not just seeing levels — you are seeing how the market is treating those levels in real time

Key Features
• 🔵 Support & 🔴 Resistance levels
• Strength progression (Strong → Weak → Decayed)
• Liquidity sweep detection (stop hunts and reversals)
• Realistic weakening logic (total closes, not consecutive)
• Optional removal of decayed levels
________________________________________
How It Works

Each level evolves based on real price interaction:
• Strong (solid lines): fresh levels with highest reaction probability
• Weak (dotted lines): levels losing respect, potential breakout zones
• Decayed (faded/dashed): levels no longer relevant

The script counts how many times price closes through a level over time, which reflects true structural weakening rather than artificial consecutive rules.

It also detects liquidity sweeps:
• Sweep below support → bullish reversal potential
• Sweep above resistance → bearish reversal potential
Sweeps only trigger on strong levels to reduce noise and highlight high-quality setups.
________________________________________
How to Use
• Trade reversals from strong levels after liquidity sweeps
• Trade breakouts through weak levels as structure begins to fail
• Avoid decayed levels — they represent outdated structure
________________________________________
Best Settings
• Closes to weaken: 2
• Closes to decay: 4
• Sweep threshold: 5–10 ticks (increase for volatile markets)

Core Concept
This indicator is built around real market behavior:
Strong levels = reaction zones
Weak levels = breaking zones
Sweeps = liquidity events (traps)
Decay = market moving on
