By analyzing the 4H chart of BTCUSDT we can see that after it swept the massive pool of liquidity below the 60k level, it bounced back up and reached 64,200 level before dropping again and is now being traded at around 62,700 level.
In the past couple of days Bitcoin has been traded in the same range, consolidating. I expect BTC to go towards the 64,234 level to sweep the buyside liquidity there and then go towards the 4H IFVG, however it may take a while.
If BTCUSDT fails at sweeping the liquidity and drops lower, it could drop further below the 59k level to sweep the liquidity below there and then bounce back up towards the buyside liquidity and then the 4H IFVG.

By examining the 4H chart of BTCUSDT we can see that BTC managed to reach our first target at 64,234, swept the liquidity and then continued its move towards the 4 IFVG, currently being traded at around 65,850.As it was announced that the Deal between US and IR is complete, BTC continued its bullish move.
I expect Bitcoin to go towards the 4H IFVG, and if it manages to break above it and stabilize there, we could see a move towards the 70k level.
However, rejection by the IFVG could send Bitcoin back down towards the 64,700 and then 64,200.
Unless something unprecedented happen, strait of Hormuz closing again or if the deal is off, I expect BTC to go higher.
