After the sharp upside impulse, IREN Limited is now going through a natural profit-taking phase, pulling back into the prior breakout area and the 0.382–0.5 Fibonacci retracement zone within the ascending channel.
The broader structure remains intact with higher lows still in place, and the current decline looks corrective rather than distributive. As long as the 32–36 demand area holds, continuation toward 55–61 and potentially 76+ remains the primary scenario, with room toward the upper channel boundary if momentum expands.
The bearish case only activates on a confirmed break below 0.382 and loss of the higher-low structure. The strategy remains the same: trade the pullback in trend, not emotional reactions to short-term volatility.
