Eli Lilly (LLY) seems to be concluding a rebound on its 1W MA50 (blue trend-line) in a similar fashion as the November 2024 rebound. As shown then, the market needs a stronger Support before it calls a bottom and before the 1W MA200 (orange trend-line), we have the 2022 Higher Lows trend-line, which should be targeted in our opinion at $830.
If the Higher Lows breaks, we see a possibility of a 1W MA200 bottom around $750 but Eli Lilly shouldn't dip lower at this point of the generational Cycle. In any event, at $830, we will be turning into long-term buyers again, unless the 1W MA200 is materialized.
