i believe nq1! will set a new all time high due it breaking structure at 25,934 but in order to fill smart money orders there will need to be a liquidity sweep i belive price will go down to 25,565 or 25,525 then it will have a big rally to the up side but it wont immediatly create a new all time high i think it will create a new high by Wednesday or Thursday
