A chance to rise from the bottom area
RGLS is still in a downtrend and is in a strong support area. But in terms of chart patterns, it shows will make an upward reversal. It needs to pass 0.1030 before a successful breakout of the downtrend. Take time n patience needed based on Moving Average. Which is definitely an increase in the previous 3 quarters.
