Stellar Lumens - $XLM - Clean Count
XLM is one of the coins with a clean count. I will use it as a guideline to look for similar setups. What's noticeable is the fact that there's bearish div on hourly timeframes so we'll range a bit now.
The second subwave of iii was simple so 4 will be complex.
