UKOIL (4H) – Structural Update

280
The current roadmap still favors a higher‑degree bullish expansion, but recent price behavior suggests that the market is developing an intermediate corrective phase before the next directional move.

Aggressive Scenario
Under this interpretation:

Price has already completed a five‑wave impulsive structure.
After reaching the previous high, the market reacted with a sharp decline.
This fast drop may indicate the beginning of a Flat correction.
At this stage the correction may evolve as either:

a Regular Flat, or
an Expanded Flat.
If this structure completes with wave C, the market may start a new bullish advance in the lower degrees.

In other words, the market could be finishing a correction and preparing for an early bullish continuation, pending structural confirmation from price action.

Conservative Scenario
In the conservative interpretation, the focus is slightly different.

The current decline is expected to first complete a full five‑wave bearish structure.

Once that decline is completed:

the following corrective move would most likely appear as a Zigzag (A‑B‑C).
In this scenario:

wave A could produce a sharp upward move
wave B would retrace part of that move
wave C would finalize the corrective structure
Therefore, the market would still be in a corrective phase before any larger bullish continuation develops.

Structural Summary
Two paths remain under observation:

Aggressive view

completion of a Flat correction
early bullish continuation
Conservative view

completion of a five‑wave decline
followed by a Zigzag correction
The behavior of price near the completion of the current structure will determine which path becomes dominant.
