USDCAD H4: Bearish outlook seen, further downside below 1.3720
On the H4 time frame, prices are facing bearish pressure from the resistance zone at 1.3720 which coincides with the graphical resistance zone, descending channel’s resistance and Fibonacci confluence levels. A pullback to the 1.3720 resistance zone presents an opportunity to play the drop to the support target at 1.3380, in line with the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement. Prices are holding below the Ichimoku cloud as well, supporting the bearish bias.
