XAUUSD is at the beginning of wave 3 of downward wave C. If the fundamental conditions are in favor of the US dollar and against gold (like right now). The chart moves according to the wave count.
The micro wave counts may change slightly during the movement of the chart, but the ultimate goal of wave C is the 61.8 Fibonacci range or the price range of 1792-1778.
