Gold has rallied aggressively after sweeping the intraday liquidity below the recent lows, confirming strong buyer participation. The bullish impulse reclaimed structure and is now approaching a well-defined supply zone that aligns with previous selling pressure.
At this stage, I am not interested in chasing the buy. My focus is on waiting for price to react inside the marked supply area. If the market prints a clear bearish confirmation—such as a bearish engulfing candle, rejection wick, or lower-high formation—I will look for a short opportunity targeting the recent demand and liquidity below.
Patience is key here. No confirmation means no trade. The plan is to let price reach the zone, observe how sellers respond, and only enter if the market confirms weakness. Until then, this remains a wait-and-watch setup with risk managed through price action rather than prediction.
