XAUUSD is currently trading near a strong supply zone after a sharp bullish expansion. Price has already broken above the major resistance level, turning market structure bullish in the short term. However, the highlighted supply area may attract sellers, creating the possibility of a temporary pullback toward the previous resistance zone around 4080. If buyers maintain control and break above the supply zone, further upside continuation can be expected. Waiting for confirmation remains the safest approach.
