Weekly Recap: Intracranial responses and 960 mg dose tolerability

Iambic Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:IAM) reported confirmed intracranial partial responses in three HER2-positive breast cancer patients previously treated with trastuzumab deruxtecan and tucatinib. In its ongoing IAM1363 trial, the 960 mg daily dose was generally well tolerated, with 5.9% experiencing grade 3 related events and none grade 4 or 5.
