Notes de version
Forex Risk & Session Dashboard is an open-source on-chart dashboard created for forex traders who want to monitor risk settings, suggested lot reference, market sessions, session timing, and timezone-adjusted session hours directly on the chart.

The script combines account-risk information with global forex session context in one compact panel. Users can enter their account balance and selected risk percentage, and the dashboard calculates the corresponding risk amount as a planning reference.

The dashboard also detects the current forex pair using the chart symbol’s base and quote currency. Based on the detected pair and the selected risk settings, it displays a standardized suggested lot guide. This value is meant as an approximate planning reference and should be checked against the trader’s own broker conditions, stop-loss distance, spread, commission, slippage, account currency, leverage, and market volatility.

The session section tracks major forex market windows using New York-based timing logic. It displays the current active session, the next session, the next start time, a countdown until the next session opens, and the main session hours.

Tracked session areas include Asia, London, New York, EU Brinx, and US Brinx. The dashboard also includes a London/New York overlap reference as a commonly watched market window.

Users can choose their preferred display timezone and select either 24-hour or AM/PM format. The underlying session model remains New York-based, while the displayed times are converted into the selected timezone. For clearer interpretation, users may also set their TradingView chart timezone to match the selected script timezone.

The panel can be moved to different chart positions and the text size can be adjusted to fit different screen layouts.

How to use:

1. Add the dashboard to a forex chart.
2. Enter account balance and risk percentage.
3. Check the detected pair.
4. Use the suggested lot as an approximate planning guide.
5. Select the preferred timezone and time format.
6. Use the session and countdown sections to understand current and upcoming market timing.

Originality note:

This script was written as original Pine Script code by the author. It was not copied from another TradingView script and does not rely on external open-source code or imported libraries.

The script uses its own dashboard layout, pair-detection handling, coefficient-based lot guide, New York-based session timing model, timezone display logic, countdown calculation, and table-based visual structure.

Limitations:

The suggested lot is a standardized approximation and may not match every broker’s exact specifications. The dashboard should be used as a planning and context tool together with the trader’s own risk management process.
