HTF Uncollected Liquidity

Indicator Name: SMC Untapped HTF Liquidity
Description & Purpose
The SMC Untapped HTF Liquidity indicator is a professional tool designed for traders following the Smart Money Concepts (SMC) methodology. Its primary goal is to identify and track "virgin" or "untapped" liquidity levels (Highs and Lows) from a Higher Timeframe (HTF) on a Lower Timeframe (LTF) chart.
In institutional trading, previous highs and lows act as magnets for price because they house significant Buy-side and Sell-side liquidity (Stop Losses). This indicator draws precise dotted horizontal lines at these levels and, most importantly, automatically deletes them the moment the current price "collects" or mitigates that liquidity. This ensures your chart remains clean and only displays active, high-probability targets.
How to Use the Settings
You can fully customize the indicator to match your trading style through the Settings (Inputs) menu:
HTF Timeframe: * This is the most important setting. Use this to select which timeframe's liquidity you want to track.
Example: If you are scalping on a 1-minute chart, set this to 15 or 60 to see significant institutional targets.
Liquidity Lookback (HTF Bars): * Defines how many bars back the indicator will scan for uncollected levels.
Tip: A value of 1000 provides a deep historical view of "hidden" liquidity pools that price may return to after days or weeks.
Visibility (Show Highs/Lows):
You can toggle Buy-Side Liquidity (Highs) or Sell-Side Liquidity (Lows) independently to focus on the current market bias.
Style & Colors:
Customize the colors and line thickness to fit your chart theme. By default, it uses a subtle Dotted Style to avoid visual clutter while maintaining clarity.
Key Features
Zero Repaint: Levels are only generated once a HTF candle is closed.
Real-Time Mitigation: Lines disappear instantly when price touches them on the LTF.
Optimized Performance: Built with high-efficiency arrays to prevent "Calculation Timeout" even with a large lookback range.
