DXY reacted bullishly after the hawkish FOMC announcement as Feds look to raise interest rates as easy as Mar22.
On the daily, price bounced back 2 MAs. We could possibly expect it to bounce back to retest previous highs around 96.720.
On the H4, price is on bullish momentum above all 3MAs. Previous Stochastic negative divergence was not able to cause DXY to pull back. As a result, we could expect it to bounce higher to face previous Stochastic horizontal resistance.
