DXY is now approaching an important daily diagonal resistance area.
For me, this is a key decision zone for the next move in gold and major FX pairs.
If DXY reacts from the turquoise daily diagonal and starts correcting lower, it could support a bounce in XAUUSD, EURUSD and other major pairs against the dollar.
My current scenario is a possible reaction from this resistance area first, followed by a pullback toward the lower support structure.
Right now I’m watching this zone as a reaction area, not a blind short signal.
