More than 4 months ago (May 19, see chart below) we gave a strong Sell Signal on Walmart (WMT) as it was trading at the Top of its 10-year Channel Up:
Our $111.00 Target got methodically hit on a strong correction with the price having so far made a -21.28% pull-back, more than we expected, and almost touched its 1W MA100 (green trend-line) for the first time since March 20 2023.
At the same time, the 1W RSI entered its 10-year Buy Zone, where every contact has been a very strong long-term Buy Signal. As a result, as long as the 1W MA100 holds, we expect the same pattern that emerged after every similar correction to be repeated.
That is a strong rally at or almost as high as the previous Top. A fair estimate for the end of the year would be $130.00.
